Nisuris Creativa is an independent creative studio and online shop based in Belgium.
Our shop offers original designs, editable templates, digital downloads, personalized retirement stationery, and related creative products. We may also offer physical products manufactured and shipped by print-on-demand partners.

2. Products and Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, formats, and customization information.
Digital products are supplied electronically and do not include a physical item unless explicitly stated.
Physical products, when available, will be identified as such on their respective product pages.
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, printers, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Product availability, specifications, and prices may change. Such changes do not affect orders already accepted.
3. Digital Products
Our digital products may include editable retirement invitations, printable stationery, party games, signs, and other downloadable files.
Digital products are delivered electronically through the website, a customer account, or an order-related email, depending on the product.

Customers are responsible for checking the product description and technical requirements before purchasing.
4. Product Customization
Certain products can be customized using our online design editor powered by Lumise.
Depending on the product, customers may be able to edit names, dates, messages, text placement, and other available design elements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of their submitted customization details before completing an order.
We are not responsible for errors introduced by customers, such as incorrect spelling or dates, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
We reserve the right to reject customization content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or violates these Terms.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Products displayed on our website constitute an invitation to place an order.
Before completing a purchase, customers can review their cart, selected products, customization details, delivery information, and total price.
By submitting an order, customers make an offer to purchase the selected products.
A binding sales contract is formed when we accept the order, as communicated through an order confirmation or another clear acceptance notice.
We may contact customers if additional information is required to process an order.
If an order cannot be accepted, any payment collected for that order will be refunded.
6. Prices and Payments
Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.
Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other mandatory costs will be disclosed before the customer completes the order.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
We do not guarantee the availability of a particular payment method at all times.
Orders will be processed according to the payment and order status shown in WooCommerce.

Customers should ensure that their email address is accurate and that their device supports the relevant file format.

8. Physical Products and Print-on-Demand
Physical products may be produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand partners.
Production and delivery estimates, shipping destinations, and applicable delivery charges will be provided before purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, production location, carrier, and destination.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations as the seller under applicable consumer law, including relevant delivery and conformity requirements.
9. Cancellations, Returns, and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
For eligible standard physical products, the withdrawal period generally begins when the customer receives the goods.
Products made according to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins only if the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance, expressly acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and received the legally required confirmation.
These exceptions do not remove statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights under Belgian or EU law.
10. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless expressly authorized, customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer our digital files or editable templates as standalone products.
Customers may not claim our original artwork as their own or use it in a manner that infringes our intellectual property rights.
12. Customer-Provided Content
Customers retain their rights in photographs, text, and other content they upload for customization.
By uploading content, customers confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions for its intended use.
Customers grant Nisuris Creativa and the service providers involved in fulfilling the order permission to process and reproduce the submitted content solely as necessary to customize, manufacture, deliver, and support the purchased product.
Customers must not upload unlawful content or material that infringes the rights of others.
13. Customer Accounts
Customers may be able to create an account to manage purchases, view order history, or access digital products.
Customers are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized account access.
We may restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to address security threats, fraud, or serious violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
