This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations, withdrawals, returns, refunds, and products that do not meet the agreed requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Digital Products and Downloads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our digital products include retirement invitations, printable stationery, party games, editable templates, and other downloadable designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Standard, Non-Personalized Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Eligible consumers generally have 14 days from receiving a standard physical product to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within the withdrawal period. You do not need to provide a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must then return the product within 14 days of notifying us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For physical returns, please contact us before shipping the product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do not return products directly to a print-on-demand manufacturer without receiving instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds due under statutory withdrawal rights will be processed within the deadlines required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refunded amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
